Password reset is for logging into the POSuna dashboard with your email and password. PIN reset is for register access and uses the existing PIN recovery flow.

Helpful notes

Use the correct email Enter the same email address used for your dashboard or staff profile to make sure recovery reaches the right inbox.
Check spam and junk folders Recovery emails can occasionally be filtered, especially for first-time messages or strict business inbox rules.
Return to login when ready After using the recovery link, come back to the login screen and sign in with your updated credentials.
